    48-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.

    Refunds for Prepaid Sessions: If you’ve prepaid for multiple sessions and decide not to continue, I offer refunds for any unused sessions, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled session. A small administrative fee may be deducted to cover processing costs.

    Non-Refundable Sessions: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as this time is reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

    ✔️ Structured Weekly Sessions – Groups run for 7 weeks, with 90-minute sessions held either in Clapham or Wimbledon (in-person) or online (depending on the program).

    📜 Confidentiality Agreement: Before we begin, all members will agree to and sign a confidentiality contract, ensuring that what is shared in the group stays within the group. This is a mandatory requirement to create a space of trust and openness.

    ⚠️ Exceptions to Confidentiality: The only time confidentiality may be broken is if there are serious safety concerns—for example, if someone is at risk of harming themselves or others. In these cases, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure safety while maintaining as much discretion as possible.
