- Finding coping strategies when you’re in the middle of negative thoughts or anxiety symptoms
- Learning more about boundaries and what aligns with your needs
- Having the tools to implement those personal and external boundaries
- Create a better use of your mental focus to a more positive state of being
- Become aware of what your congruent state is
- Become available to create space and time for your needs
- Seeing through evidence of what feeling good feels like again
