    • Finding coping strategies when you’re in the middle of negative thoughts or anxiety symptoms
    • Learning more about boundaries and what aligns with your needs
    • Having the tools to implement those personal and external boundaries
    • Create a better use of your mental focus to a more positive state of being
    • Become aware of what your congruent state is
    • Become available to create space and time for your needs
    • Seeing through evidence of what feeling good feels like again
